  • Enterprise Transaction Handling & Resiliency Suite:
    • Idempotency & Duplicate Webhook Protection: Enhanced TransactionManager to prevent duplicate transaction entries and redundant fulfillment hook triggers (gatefuz_payment_completed) upon receiving replayed or duplicate webhook events across Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mollie, and Paystack.
    • Server-Side Webhook Reconciliation & Mismatch Guard: Added verification on incoming webhooks to validate paid amounts and currencies against pre-existing orders, instantly flagging discrepancies for administrator review rather than marking unverified charges as completed.
    • Unified Refund Ledger Synchronization: Added TransactionManager::markAsRefunded to synchronize refund states directly into the transaction database upon processing or receiving refund webhook events.

  • Security Fix: Prevent unauthenticated payment amount tampering in checkout AJAX processing (gatefuz_process_checkout). Added server-side cryptographic HMAC signature verification (wp_salt('nonce') + hash_hmac('sha256') + hash_equals()) to guarantee payment amount and currency integrity between rendered forms and backend transaction initiation.
  • Added filter hook gatefuz_verify_checkout_amount for custom checkout verification workflows.
